HPU Takes 5th at Texas Intercollegiate Forensics Association Championships
Howard Payne University’s Student Speaker Bureau Speech and Debate Forensics Team took 5th place overall at the Texas Intercollegiate Forensics Association Spring Championships. Hosted by Texas A&M University, 21 teams participated in the competition held on February 5 and 6.


Nominate an Outstanding Alum for 2010 Homecoming Honor
Nominate an alumnus that you feel is deserving of a prestigious homecoming award in 2010. Award categories include: Distinguished Alumnus/Alumna, Outstanding Young Graduate, Medal of Service, Coming Home Queen, Grand Marshal and Sports Hall of Fame.


HPU hosts Grant Teaff at FCA Luncheon
Coach Grant Teaff outlined his four fundamentals for a successful life at the Brownwood Fellowship of Christian Athletes Luncheon hosted by Howard Payne University on Wednesday, March 3.

Spring Sing
Howard Payne University’s Student Foundation will present Spring Sing 2010 in the Brownwood High School Theater on Friday, March 19 and Saturday, March 20. The Friday night performance will be held at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday’s show will be at 7:00 p.m.
