The Alumni Office is pleased to announce the 2008 Homecoming Honorees.

Former HPU Sprinter Runs Finals of Olympic Trials
Former Howard Payne sprinter Greg Nixon will run on Thursday the 400 meter in the 2008 US Olympic Trials in Eugene, OR for a chance to represent the US in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China.

HPU Tops in Women's Basketball Attendance Again
The attendance at NCAA women’s basketball games hit a record number during the 2007-08 season and for the second straight year, Howard Payne University was tops among Division III programs.

African-American Alumni Reunion
Plan to attend this annual reunion July 11-13, 2008, hosted by the Brownwood-Area HPU Alumni. There will be plenty of activities, food, laughter and good fellowship with your HPU family and friends.

Waco Area Alumni Event
Join HPU Alumni and friends on September 9 for a complimentary Dr Pepper float at the Dr Pepper Museum in Historic Downtown Waco. You won't want to miss this family-friendly night of floats and fun!
